With the support of his family, Pat Shea began painting in oils
at the age of 16. Born and raised in Kingston, Ontario, Canada,
he was taught by B.J. Terry at Kingston Collegiate and Vocational
Institute. More recently he learned the art of sculpture from
Trevor Bates.<read more>

Sizes range from 5" x 7" to 8' x 8' on a variety of
surfaces -stretched canvas to gymnasium floors!
Prices vary with the size and complexity of the paintings.

I've been an artist as long as I can remember. At a young age expressing
myself through my artwork was the easiest way to
communicate with people around me. Painting has my been way of dealing
with everyday stress.
My impressionist 'random glimpses of life' hopefully have a message
for the viewer that our ordinary everyday lives are beautiful and
important.The 'random glimpses of life' are views of the good, my
art is a rest stop in a world that can be cruel and ugly.
